Blessed Beyond Measure – So Thankful
Today is Thanksgiving Day here in the United States of America and there’s a lot to be thankful for. We are thankful for good health, family, friends and many blessings that we continue to experience on a daily basis. Today, we are also deeply thankful for Antioch Church in Woodstock, Georgia for their generosity towards Ebunlomo Olagunju Foundation. We are still in awe of the blessing that was bestowed upon us last Sunday at Antioch Church.
One word that comes to mind is WOW….words cannot express how grateful Ebunlomo Olagunju Foundation is to Antioch Church – Woodstock, GA and their community. On November 13th, Antioch Church gave the folks within their community the opportunity to be a blessing to our Widows Project. Within 5 minutes of Pastor Ryan Lawson releasing this opportunity to the community, Antioch Church covered the entire 2017 budget for the Widows Project. Antioch Church, thank you for getting behind our dream of being a blessing to others!
Thanksgiving is a time of reflection, it’s a time to count our blessings and today we are reflecting on the goodness of the Lord through Antioch Church. I have had so many great experiences at Antioch Church since becoming a member including my ordination as a Pastor but nothing tops seeing the hearts of my friends here getting behind this kind gesture.
“A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed” – Proverbs 11:25.
It is our prayer that God will reward each and everyone for this act of generosity. On behalf of every life this will touch, THANK YOU! We appreciate Antioch Church getting behind this and it means more than words can express. The impact these gifts will have on the Widows in Igosun, Kwara State, Nigeria will be immeasurable. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart and everyone who I stand in their place as those in Igosun, Nigeria are not here to express their utmost gratitude.
“And the King will answer and say to them, assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.” Matthew 25:40
