Mission 1:27 Project – 18th Edition

Mar 2, 2024

With hearts brimming with gratitude, we stand in awe of the successful culmination of our 18th Mission 1:27. It was a day filled with blessings and unexpected moments, as our co-founder, Isaac Olagunju, surprised everyone by gracing the event with his presence, filling the atmosphere with joy and laughter.

We were privileged to extend our assistance to 274 widows and widowers, who have become beloved members of the Ebunlomo Olagunju Foundation family. Each one holds a special place in our hearts, and their prayers continue to uplift and strengthen our foundation and its supporters.

The day was made even more special by the presence of unexpected guests like Mr. Ayo Olagunju, who traveled from out of town to join us. Mr. Kunle Olagunju led us in a heartfelt opening prayer, setting the tone for the day, while Deacon J.K. Bamikole offered a touching closing prayer, bringing a sense of closure and gratitude.

One of the most poignant moments of the day came when a widow shared her gratitude for answered prayers. She had prayed that she would have the opportunity to meet Isaac before she left this earthly home. Her heartfelt desire to meet him was fulfilled at this event, a testament to God’s faithfulness in granting the desires of our hearts.

We extend our deepest appreciation to the Implementation Committee, members of our Education Committee, Board of Trustees, and our generous donors. Your unwavering support and compassionate hearts are the driving force behind the manifestation of God’s work. We are truly blessed to be a blessing, and we remain committed to living out this mission with fervor and dedication.
